~ Of love & other stuff ~ ;)
I love you,
I always have and I always will.
Love's just like simple math.
You+Me =
You have every right to love and be loved.
Don’t find love, let love find you.

10 things I hate about YOU:
 1. * You always have that psychotic grin on your face.
 2. * You always laugh like a FREAK.
 3. * You always say my name in a funny accent.
 4. * You always walk like a hunched old man whose pants are too tight.
 5. * You always act cool, or at least try to....
 6. * You always gaze into my eyes whenever I try to avoid yours.
 7. * You always see through my wall.
 8. * You always manage to steal my breath away.
 9. * You always win in an argument, which is so UNFAIR. :(
 10. * And sometimes, you're just SO GAY!!!!

~ Of life & other stuff ~ ;)
Life – a journey that never really ends.

Life always gives you a chance,
it's called TOMORROW.

Life is made to be beautiful,
but our flaws and mistakes make it perfect.
Life's just strangely, beautifully, magically UNEXPECTED.

Capture Thy Dreams

Capture thy dreams,
Grasp thy stars,
Touch thy heavens.....

Write on crested rainbows, weeping moons and faded scars.
For thy escaped dreams shall bring thou far.

Capture thy dreams,
Unlock thy doors,
Seal thy pain.....

Write on fallen arches, wailing creeks and twisted cores.
For thy escaped dreams shall bring thou far.

Capture thy dreams.....
Thy escaped dreams.

It's time to get serious!!!!

I, a 15-year-old girl who could merely fry an egg and write a journal, has been assigned the most dreadful task imaginable - learn the art of sprint writing on the SAT! Writing an essay has never been a problem to me, but writing a SAT essay......now that's a challenge!

Squeezing literary, historical or other scholarly paradigms into an essay is no arduous task for any professional writer like Candace Bushnell or Lauren Weisberger, but for me.....well, what can I say? One word people......ARDUOUS!!! And to my greatest horror, instead of using common essay words like 'practical' and 'difference', I have to inject a variant form of words and drop a few 'pragmatic', 'inextricable' and 'dichotomy' into my writing?...........Gosh, this isn't a joke, is it? I don't even know what 'pragmatic' means! A little finesse and talent won't bolster my confidence this time. I'm literally at the edge of becoming a psychopath, and at the brink of.....death! And.....on top of everything, I would only have 25 minutes to read the question, generate a few ideas and examples, organize my thoughts and compose my essay without making any flagrant spelling mistake or grammatical gaffe. 25 minutes.....merely 25 minutes! 2 hours is perfect, 1 hour is reasonable, but 25 minutes is simply insane!

SAT! SAT! SAT!........the word shouts out to me every now and then, like a quivering note that jumps off a piano chord. I've never been fond of writing formal essays, especially those with mundane titles and boring instructions. I loath those! They're just like colorless rainbows, vacant moons and withered leaves, lifeless....frozen.....dead.

Despite the enormous barrel of reluctance, I somehow, have to strain my every last muscle and remaining nerve, strive to pursue my ostensible goal and reach my ultimate destination- Stanford. Though it may seem like a vague shadow or even a distant mirage, I still have to make it happen! Now, with the SAT guide book clasped in one hand, and my notebook in the other....it's time to get SERIOUS!!!!

Book Review: Inkheart by Cornelia Funke
Now a major motion picture.
Starring Brendan Fraser, Andy Serkis, Eliza Benett and Helen Mirren.
Inkheart.....a book that should be tasted, chewed and devoured thoroughly; a magnificent feast for book-lovers, noblemen, vagabonds, fair folk, outcasts, fire-eaters, magicians, pirates, fairies, trolls, ogres, sorceresses..........

Now picture this: you are reading a book aloud to your wife and your three-year-old daughter on a cold, rainy night. All of a sudden, something slips out of the pages.....something that has a breath of life. The creature that has escaped the boundaries of fiction and tumbled into your living-room, unfortunately, is an evil tyrant named Capricorn. Barely breathing, you stare at the creature incredulously. A breathing creature, not made of human flesh or blood, but of paper and printer's ink.....and a human's voice. You almost scream when you come to realize that your wife is nowhere to be found. Yes, you have the magical ability to bring the characters from a book into life! But here is the thing: you could never control what would leap off those pages and into our mortal world, nor who or what goes in.

Mo, a father, a book binder, a master of his own art.......his voice as if a beautiful melody, a gentle calling perhaps, brings out the colors, the scents, the words, the letters.....and the magic of every page in a single book. And then comes the night when fate decides all.....Mo, tragically has been left without a wife and his 3-year-old daughter, Meggie, mother-less. Days, like rushing liquid, seep through the thin fabric of time; years have passed and nothing out of the ordinary has ever happened in the farm Mo and Meggie live in. However, their simple lives are shattered....changed once and for all when Capricorn and his men break into their sheltered bubble. Meggie is now on a quest to save her father's life, with some help from a motley crew- Dustfinger, Elinor and Farid as the young girl, who also possesses the same extraordinary gift as her father's, has been thrust into an enchanting but perilous world of magic, destiny and power.

Readers, you'll be spellbound, transported, moved, touched, awed, amazed.........a lot like Harry Potter, but.....never have I experienced the utter joy of reading a story, within a story; a book, within a book.

See what happens if you READ THE BOOK ALOUD!!!

Finally!!!! Freedom~~~ x333

Say goodbye to daunting history and dreadful geography test papers! Bid farewell to the cacophony of teachers grunting, test papers rustling in the undulating whispers of breeze, wooden chairs creaking and most of all.......the exam clock ticking in a most unbearable way as each second passed! Ta-ta to the devastating world of algebra, the bottomless ocean of numbers and equations, the mire of historical events and prestigious patriots! Well, that's the vast void I can finally escape from and now sitting on a wooden bench, having all the pleasure of devouring a huge slice of chocolate cake, gulping down the few remaining crumbs, and blogging of course!

Well, this is Jinx signing off....to bed!
Good night, sleep tight, and don't let the bed bugs bite!
